Frequently asked questions

Not everyone's situation is ready for coaching. After filling in the short questionnaire, I will see if your case is ready for coaching.

I manually review applications within business 48 hours. If we are a fit, I will send you a calendar invite to choose your package and schedule your first session.

All sessions are held securely online over Google Meet. Depending on the topics discussed, you may receive a plan with the next steps after the session.

Not at all. The intake form helps me understand your situation before we decide together whether coaching is the right fit.


There's no obligation to book, and no pressure if it's not the right moment.

If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the coaching session, full price is refunded.


If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the coaching session, you can reschedule it to another date.


The reschedule can be done once.

It depends on your situation. If you need to update your CV or resume, or your LinkedIn profile, one session is usually enough. If you want to clarify your career direction or prepare for interviews, a few sessions will serve you better.


After you submit the intake form, I'll give you an honest assessment of what I'd recommend. From there, you can book sessions one by one or choose a bundle - you're the CEO of your career, and you always decide what the next step looks like.

Coaching works just as well before the search as during it. Working on your next steps without the pressure of an active job search gives you a head start when the actual job search starts.
